click here to read this article Burkina Faso is a diverse country when it comes to culture. The name itself derives from no less than three different languages. The country is shared by more that 60 ethnic groups. As far as religion goes, about half the population follows Islam to some degree of orthodoxy, 10-15 percent are christian, mostly catholic, and 40 percent believe in traditional spirituality. Burkina Faso's government is a parliamentary republic that recently established a democratic constitution in 1991. A big part of their culture is the arts. Its filmmaking industry dates back to the 1960's and are also passionate equestrians.
I like how diverse Burkina Faso's culture is. It encompasses factors of all difference groups, languages, and interests. Yet, they all manage to live side by side with each other, and all contribute to their overall culture. There are different ethnic groups and religions. I also admire that they are starting to form their countries government and not letting their deferent beliefs get in the way. They may fight other countries to protect their country, but they don't fight within their country.
This article is all about how diverse Burkina Faso's culture is. It talks about language, religion, and politics. All of these are key factors when it comes to culture. They are also important to their culture because although everyone has different beliefs, they all realize that they are part of Burkina Faso and that they need to be tolerant and understanding of other groups and beliefs even if you don't like them because its more important to keep their country united. It is part of their culture to live in Burkina Faso and it is their home and history.
